Refund policy

We get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. Maybe your shirt looked better on the internet. Maybe you had a moment of panic and ordered during a nostalgic spiral. It happens. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy. You’ve got 14 days after your order arrives to let us know it’s not the one.

Eligibility Checklist:

To be return-worthy, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Still have tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Not smell like a regrettable night out

  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase (a dramatic retelling of how you bought it doesn’t count)

If Something’s Wrong…

Did your shirt show up looking like it went through a blender? Wrong print? Missing buttons? Smells like disappointment?
Reach out right away so we can make things right before you write a long angry Facebook post we’ll never see.


Things We Can’t Take Back (Sorry, It’s Not You, It’s…Well, It Is You)

We don’t accept returns on:

  • Perishable items (this is a shirt shop, not a sandwich shop)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Beauty or self-care items

  • Anything explosive, flammable, or otherwise hazardous (again: shirts. not fireworks.)

  • Sale items and gift cards (the fine print fairy says no)

Exchanges

Need a different size? Want a different pattern because you had a midweek identity crisis?
Here’s how to swap:

  1. Return the one you have.

  2. When we approve it, make a new purchase for the one you want.
    It’s like a wardrobe do-over.


🇪🇺 Special EU Note (Because Europe’s Fancy Like That)

If you're ordering from the European Union, you’ve got that special 14-day cooling off period. You can return for any reason—no judgment, no explanation needed. Just follow the same rules: unworn, tags on, original packaging, proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we get your item and give it the ol’ inspection, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
If it is, your money will boomerang back to your original payment method in about 10 business days. (Your bank might take a little longer because… banks.)
